Comments           : BTB45 Construction Load Check (LEAP Concrete Version 21:00:00:24):
                     (1)The bridge span is 45'-0", girder spacing is 9.25 feet, and deck overhang width is 3 feet 
                     and 6 inch.
                     (2)The structural depth of the deck and sacrificial wearing surface are assumed to 7.75 and 
                     0.75 inches, respectively. The thickness of the overhang tapers from 11 inches at the beam 
                     flange to 10 inches at edge of deck.
                     (3)The haunch thickness for calculating its dead load is 1.5 inches.
                     (4)One steel diaphragm of 0.5 kips is at the center of span.
                     (5)Dead load of forms: 0.010 ksf on the tributary area of the deck width with a 1.50 load 
                     factor. This load is applied to the full span length.
                     (6)Dead load of edge rail and walkway applied at the edge of the deck form: 0.075 klf [IDOT SS
